New Solo Champions Mode
In the College Football and Madden Franchise, the Ultimate Team gamemode has quickly become the most popular. What makes Ultimate Team so popular, is the ability to build your own team of players from different teams and eras! While playing against other users in seasons is common, building your team by playing against the computer in “solos,” is very common as well! For Madden 26, EA has decided to expand upon solos, introducing a Solo Champions Mode! “This year we're introducing Solo Champions: a 12-game weekly gauntlet of escalating difficulty. It will serve as the pinnacle experience for Solo Players, measuring where your current skills are at. To enter, you’ll be given an entry token every week, and can earn more by completing weekly objectives. Then, you’ll choose your difficulty and rack up battlescore to earn rewards. Build up your Ultimate Team, hone your skills, and work your way up to tackling the highest difficulty levels of Solo Champions.” Will you be playing Solo Champions in Madden 26?

Madden 26 will have much faster gameplay
Madden 25 was known as one of the slower Madden’s in terms of gameplay. EA went for a more realistic approach with “real player movement,” which had mixed reviews to say the least. During the Madden 25 era however, there was also College Football 25. College Football 25 had much more responsive movement compared to Madden 25. Alongside the responsiveness, there was also an increased speed to the movement as a direct result of this. This movement had much more positive feedback than the movement in Madden 25, and the initial reports from people who’ve played Madden 26, is that the Madden 26 movement will be more much aligned to the movement in College Football 25, as opposed to Madden 25. This should be a massive win for Madden gamers!
