It is well known that to have a great Madden Ultimate Team, it’s not going to be cheap. The Ultimate Team game mode, specifically in Madden has been criticized for years about the cost of having a good team. Madden 26 Ultimate Team has a new Snickers promotion, where you can play through Snickers challenges in order to upgrade a free card's stats! They advertised this with an 87 overall Josh Allen. The backlash is that at this stage of Ultimate Team’s lifecycle, an 87 overall QB is not comparable to the best quarterbacks in Ultimate Team. This sparks a debate, how good should a free card be comparable to the best cards in the game? That answer depends on who you ask.

The Best Quarterback in Madden 26 Ultimate Team

The quarterback position in Madden, like in the NFL, is the most important. In Madden 26, the best quarterbacks are ones that can make any throw on the field, have the gunslinger ability and are able to speed boost behind the line of scrimmage. The new 93 overall RG3, will be able to do all of these things, however there’s a catch. This card is not yet available in Madden 26, as it is the reward for the upcoming Season 3 Legend reward. Those who are fortunate enough to earn this card, will have a game breaking quarterback with 92 speed!
